Ember Irish Whiskey ('Ember', 'we') respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you visit or buy from this site, and how we use it.

Data controller: Ember Spirits Limited, Blackrock, Dublin. Ember Spirits Limited is the registered company behind Ember Irish Whiskey.

What we collect: your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number and order details when you place an order, plus basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it: to take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, confirm your age where required, answer your questions, and (only if you opt in) send you news about Ember. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with: our payment provider, our delivery and fulfilment partners (so they can dispatch your order), and the platform that runs this store. They only receive what they need.

How long we keep your data: we keep orders, invoices and payment records for 6 years; customer account data until the account is closed; marketing email data until you unsubscribe; and enquiries for 12 months.
