Refund Policy

 

Our aim is to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase and that it arrives in perfect condition.

You can cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Email laura@emberspirits.com with your order number within that period, then return the goods within a further 14 days.

You pay return postage unless the order was delivered in error, damaged or defective.

We refund the price and standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence you sent them back. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Cancellations before dispatch

To stop an order before dispatch, email laura@emberspirits.com as soon as possible. If it has already been dispatched, follow the returns process below.

  1. Include your invoice or order number and identify the returned items and quantities.
  2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging to prevent transit damage.
  3. Put the return address on the package and remove other address labels.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, broken or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund, including delivery charges.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
